One of the best performing audiences I've seen in my 10+ years in this space is the competitor + intent audience.
Here's how you can build that for yourself.
What it basically means is finding places your competitor hangs out (so on LinkedIn for example..), and reaching out to whoever is interacting with them -- ideally displaying some sort if intent.
As an example, let's take lead magnet give-aways on LinkedIn. The ones where you comment to receive something that's (hopefully) valuable.
If your competitor is doing those on LinkedIn, reaching out to people who comment on those posts AND that fit your ICP is a great idea.
